Website - Looking for Feedback

Hello everyone! I'm currently trying to make this website work, and my current focus is making everything above the fold look as clean as possible.

So my question: Does this look cluttered, or have I just been looking at it for too long?

Anything that's below the fold will get attention later, so I'm not too worried about that right now.

Also yes, that background is made with pure CSS.
